Vehicle / Energy Storage Liquid Cooling Unit
Liquid cooling units serve as core thermal management equipment for new energy vehicles. Compared with air cooling systems, they deliver superior heat dissipation efficiency and precise temperature control, supporting both heating and cooling regulation. Compatible with 4C–8C ultra-fast charging, the units feature low noise, high integration, low power consumption and extended service life, and can operate stably across a wide temperature range of -45℃ to +60℃.Widely deployed on new energy commercial vehicles including buses, heavy-duty trucks, and special vehicles for mining and port operations, this equipment fits full-spectrum scenarios: daily commuting, high-speed ultra-fast charging, high-frequency commercial transportation, extreme weather conditions, special operations, as well as vehicle-mounted and energy-storage external power discharge applications.
High-Temperature Rapid Cooling
When battery temperature is high, rapid cooling helps avoid and delay fire or explosion risks caused by high cell temperature and delayed thermal diffusion during charging, preventing thermal runaway events.
Low-Temperature Rapid Heating
When battery temperature is low, preheating raises battery temperature to meet charging, discharging, and safety requirements in low-temperature environments, reducing winter range anxiety.
Self-Circulating Multi-Closed-Loop Control
Real-time battery data and latest battery status enable the control system to automatically select operating modes: shutdown, cooling, heating, and self-circulation.
