Jinyi Xihe will serve as the primary operating entity driving market expansion for Genvict’s automotive electronics product line, with a focus on new-energy thermal management. Targeting applications in NEVs, energy storage power stations, and construction machinery, the company will expand its business in liquid cooling units, PTC heating systems, and AI-enabled temperature control. By combining the joint-venture partner’s expertise in high-efficiency refrigeration, ceramic heating, power electronics, and control algorithms with Genvict’s strengths in equipment manufacturing, market channels, and supply chain resources, Jinyi Xihe will establish a specialized platform integrating technology R&D, system integration, and operations and services.
