Genvict’s KKpark Transportation-Energy Integration Demonstration Station in Yancheng Hosts Municipal Project Tour, Showcasing Two World-First Innovations: A New Energy Vehicle 8S Flagship Store and a “Green Power Generation + Flexible Energy Storage + Efficient Charging” Energy Self-Sufficiency System

On June 22, Yancheng’s 2026 key-project tour for high-quality development visited the KKpark Future Transportation and Transportation-Energy Integration Demonstration Station. The Party Secretary and Mayor of Yancheng led a delegation of municipal officials on an on-site inspection. Officials from the Yancheng Economic and Technological Development Zone, Genvict Chairman Luo Ruifa, and Jurui Cloud Control Chairman Dong Guangming jointly received the delegation and presented the project.

Jointly developed by Yancheng Transportation Investment, Genvict, and Jurui Cloud Control, the project has been completed and commissioned and was selected as one of 12 major projects featured in the citywide tour. Aligned with China’s carbon peaking and carbon neutrality strategy, it implements an integrated solution combining transportation and energy, ground and air, and multiple business formats. As a benchmark project in Genvict’s transportation-energy integration strategy for the Yangtze River Delta, it features two world-first innovations: the world’s first new energy vehicle 8S flagship store and the world’s first energy self-sufficiency system integrating green power generation, flexible energy storage, and efficient charging. Their launch marks the official opening of the Future Transportation and Transportation-Energy Integration Demonstration Station in Yancheng, Jiangsu.

I. World’s First New Energy Vehicle 8S Flagship Store Establishes a New Model for One-Stop Smart Mobility Services

At the heart of the demonstration station is the world’s first new energy vehicle 8S flagship store. Moving beyond the single-service limitations of conventional charging stations and 4S dealerships, it brings together eight service systems spanning the entire vehicle lifecycle and redefines one-stop service for new energy vehicle owners:

Smart (Smart and Digital Mobility): Powered by the iACT Connected Transportation Intelligence Entity, the service enables frictionless access, intelligent parking-space reservations, and coordinated digital management across vehicles, roads, and the cloud.

Showcase (Jurui-Curated New Energy Vehicles): Brings together a curated range of high-quality new energy vehicle models for an immersive vehicle-selection experience.

Service (Professional Support Services): Provides professional vehicle operation and maintenance services and mobility support.

Support (Full-Service Vehicle Concierge): A dedicated concierge provides one-to-one assistance throughout vehicle use, energy replenishment, and operation and maintenance.

Styling (Premium Vehicle Care and Detailing): Provides car washing, window film installation, interior care, meticulous exterior cleaning, and other vehicle detailing services.

Specialty (Vehicle Repair and Maintenance): Provides a professionally certified vehicle repair and maintenance service system.

Sustainable (Green, Zero-Carbon Energy): An integrated wind, solar PV, and energy storage system supplies green power on-site, enabling vehicles to be served entirely with clean electricity.

Swap (Efficient Charging and Battery-Swapping Services): An integrated energy replenishment network combines liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging, DC fast charging, Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) bidirectional charging and discharging, and battery swapping, supported by professional vehicle operation and maintenance services and mobility support.

While their vehicles are being charged or serviced, owners can relax at the on-site Yijia Energy Station, which offers comfortable seating and leisure space, refreshments, and convenient amenities. The station integrates vehicle purchase, rental, use, repair, charging, and financial services, creating a new consumer experience that connects people, vehicles, and energy.

II. World’s First “Green Power Generation + Flexible Energy Storage + Efficient Charging” Energy Self-Sufficiency System Features Domestically Produced Bladeless Wind Turbines Deployed at Scale

The project’s second world-first innovation is an integrated energy self-sufficiency system combining “green power generation + flexible energy storage + efficient charging.” The station also deploys the world’s first commercial-scale array of mature, domestically produced bladeless wind turbines. Together with distributed solar PV, the array forms the station’s green energy hub, enabling on-site energy self-sufficiency, time-of-use energy arbitrage, and flexible peak shaving and load shifting.

A total of 12 bladeless wind turbine units operate as a network across the site. Compared with conventional wind turbines, they offer noise-free operation, eliminate exposed-blade safety hazards, suit urban low-altitude environments, and generate electricity even at low wind speeds. Complementing the PV system, they provide around-the-clock green power. The full energy system is coordinated by Genvict’s proprietary iTEMS Smart Energy Management System, connecting the entire wind power, PV, energy storage, charging, and discharging chain. During off-peak tariff periods, it stores green electricity; during peak tariff periods, it supplies and sells electricity externally, enabling time-of-use energy arbitrage. With 50 intelligent charging and discharging spaces—including 4 liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging spaces and 10 V2G bidirectional charging and discharging spaces—the station flexibly manages its electricity load, significantly reduces total energy costs, and achieves energy-self-sufficient operation.

Beyond these two core innovations, the station includes a Low-Altitude Intelligent Connectivity Experience Zone and a Parking and Mobility Services Zone to round out its business ecosystem. The low-altitude zone supports drone inspections and shared drones that users can activate by scanning a QR code for aerial photography, creating a new integrated ground-air transportation service spanning “Expressway + Low-Altitude” applications. The parking and mobility services zone includes an unattended store, a self-service car wash, and a dedicated lounge, expanding the station’s scenario-wide service ecosystem for vehicle owners. The site deploys Genvict’s complete proprietary iACT Connected Transportation Intelligence Entity and CCTE Connected Transportation-Energy Complex technology systems. Guided by Genvict’s FST vision for future sustainable transportation, it is designed as an integrated urban transportation and energy hub.

III. Deepening Strategic Cooperation and Using the Yancheng Model to Advance Transportation-Energy Integration Nationwide

Genvict and the Yancheng Economic and Technological Development Zone previously signed a strategic cooperation agreement to deepen collaboration in intelligent connected mobility, smart transportation, green energy, and low-altitude intelligent connectivity. The completion and commissioning of the demonstration station marks a key step in turning that agreement into a fully operational project. Chairman Luo Ruifa said Genvict will continue to refine wind-PV-storage-charging systems and integrated ground-air connectivity technologies, draw on the operational experience gained in Yancheng, and expand into urban stations, expressway service areas, and integrated energy stations in industrial parks. The company will also deepen cooperation with transportation and energy platform operators across regions, support the development of new smart power systems, and use technological innovation to advance China’s development as a transportation powerhouse and the achievement of its carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.

During the tour, municipal leaders commended the project’s technical innovation and value as a low-carbon demonstration. Genvict will next use the station as a standardized model for delivering scalable transportation-energy integration solutions, continue to explore new opportunities at the intersection of smart transportation and new energy, and drive green, high-quality development across the transportation industry through industrial innovation.
