Genvict Chairman Luo Ruifa Leads Delegation to Yancheng Economic and Technological Development Zone, Embarking Together on a New Chapter of Development

To deepen its presence in smart transportation and expand opportunities for cooperation in green, low-carbon, and intelligent connected industries, a delegation led by Luo Ruifa, Chairman of Shenzhen Genvict Technologies Co., Ltd. (“Genvict”), visited Yancheng Economic and Technological Development Zone (“Yancheng ETDZ”) on the afternoon of February 6. The delegation met with zone officials. Gu Mingdong, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Administrative Committee of Yancheng ETDZ, and Yancheng ETDZ official Luan Jie attended the meeting.

During the meeting, Secretary Gu warmly welcomed Chairman Luo and his delegation and provided a detailed overview of the zone’s economic and social development. As the core area for integrated industrial and urban development within the China-South Korea (Yancheng) Industrial Park, Yancheng ETDZ focuses on competitive industries such as new energy passenger vehicles, green PV and energy storage, and digital logistics. It is also developing six emerging, future-oriented industries, including the low-altitude economy and embodied intelligence. The zone is positioning itself as “a leading area for major projects, a demonstration area for opening up, and a pilot area for institutional and governance-mechanism innovation,” and is embarking on a new phase of entrepreneurial development. Its industrial priorities are closely aligned with Genvict’s business portfolio, creating substantial potential for cooperation. Secretary Gu expressed the hope that the two sides would deepen engagement in intelligent connectivity for NEVs, smart transportation, low-altitude intelligent connectivity, and green next-generation energy storage to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Chairman Luo spoke highly of Yancheng ETDZ’s strong industrial foundation, sound supporting infrastructure, and favorable business environment. He noted that the zone has clear advantages and strong industrial clustering, making it a highly promising location for investment and business development, and said Genvict is confident in the prospects for cooperation. Going forward, Genvict will leverage its technical expertise, product strengths, and end-to-end service capabilities in smart transportation, strengthen communication and coordination with Yancheng ETDZ, and advance practical cooperation across multiple areas. These efforts will support the digital and intelligent upgrading of local industries and jointly promote high-quality development in smart transportation and green energy.

During the meeting, Genvict and Yancheng ETDZ formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two sides will explore opportunities for in-depth cooperation in key areas including Vehicle-Road-Cloud Integration pilots for intelligent connected vehicles, green energy storage applications, and the low-altitude intelligent connectivity industry. Together, they will establish a new benchmark for coordinated development and inject fresh momentum into regional industrial upgrading and corporate innovation.
